Michelle Anderson: Our customers love our Channel Enablement solution. It has made it really, really simple for our partners to find what they’re looking for, to not only order it but customize it, and it really makes it so much easier for them to figure out real time where their order is and when they’ll be getting it.
Kathleen Phillips: My name is Kathleen Phillips and I’m the Vice President of Global Strategy and Operations. Entrust Datacard has been around since 1969 so we’re over 40 years old. We have over 2,000 employees in over 34 different countries.
Michelle Anderson: My name is Michelle Anderson, and I’m the Global Channel Marketing Communications Manager for Entrust Datacard. We support the creation of tools and materials and programs that really help our channel partners grow their businesses and help them sell more Entrust Datacard products around the world.
Kathleen Phillips: Entrust Datacard is responsible for securing transactions and creating trusted identities. We manufacture the equipment that prints the person’s photo, puts the text on the card, we write to the technology inside the card. We’re responsible for creating software that authenticates a person to a device, or a person to a network. It can also authenticate a transaction.
Michelle Anderson: When our partners hand out marketing collateral to their end customers, we were looking for a solution to help them customize those pieces with their logo, their contact information, their landing pages, their specific offers, and really be able to make that piece theirs so that they’re able to give that to their end user.
Kathleen Phillips: Our partners are not large organizations and they don’t have marketing departments. So they’re reliant on us as their partner to create tools to help them market their businesses.
Michelle Anderson: Four51 has really enabled us to control our branding across the world, our messaging across the world, and it’s really helped our partners have the tools they need to sell our products.
We don’t have any other competitors that offer this sort of functionality. This really creates a sense of loyalty among our partners. And because of our Channel Enablement solution, we’re hoping that they choose us rather than a competitive product.
