What does it mean to be a technology driven company?

There are many facets to this question. Volumes can be written to describe this mindset. At Four51 we approach this with 3 fundamental concepts.

First, our core vision is a commitment to maintaining a technological lead in the market through constant innovation and recognition of emerging technologies.

We strive to continually be capable of adapting our platform to offer the opportunity of creating the solutions that the marketplace demands. We recognize there is no one answer for everyone, so the technology must be created and disseminated to our staff and customers so they can understand and pursue the right solutions.

Secondly, we must embrace complex and continuous change.

Technology innovation comes rapidly. All members of the company have to be capable of adapting to changes. It requires that roles are loosely defined and people are dedicated to learning.

Lastly, it requires the right culture.

An entrepreneurial mindset is necessary for innovation. The feeling of ownership must exist with every member of the company.
